Mark and Rita are wonderful! Mark was always upbeat and positive - always willing to lend a helping hand or advice. I stayed 9 months while working a healthcare contract at a local hospital and I only have great things to say about my stay with them. If you are a true professional looking for a great place with good people, this is the place! I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Would definitely stay again if I travel in the area.

Summer internship housing

This was my first time doing a short-term rental for a summer internship. Mark is very professional and willing to work with you if you need help. For example, he helped me out with my car when it needed some maintenance. I enjoyed my time at his properties and getting to know everyone I lived with.

Most wonderful place up North

I have been in Healthcare for almost 30 years and traveling the last four of those. I'm always concerned about where I'm going to stay, whether I'm close to home, or in a different state. When I saw the home on furnished finders, I immediately called and spoke with Mark over the phone. However, he was at work and phoned me back later in the evening. He then had his wife join in on the call and we all three discussed what I expected, how close it was to the facility I would be working and naturally the pay and what size room I would have they were very gracious to me, to say the least. From the time I arrived and actually moved in, until the time I left, I can't say enough! It was neat, clean, organized, & Mark was on site and ready to help in anyway possible. He helped me carry my bags in when I got there, to checking the air in my tires and even picking me up from the airport. He was very helpful in so many ways! I highly recommend checking out this home. It has all essentials!

Best hosts Mark and Rita

I'm an experience behavioral nurse RN who had a contract at St Elizabeth hospital. I'm very picky in finding a place, clean and mostly safe environment. I gotta tell you I truly hit the jack pot I was blessed when I met Mark. He was so generous and kind by that I mean Mark greeted me at the airport. My contract ended early Mark woke up at 5:00 am and drooped me off. I felt at home during my short stay and now hope I can find another contract in Appleton just so I can be in my second home again. If anyone is looking for a safe and warm place to stay during their travel I highly recommend Mark and Rita's place is the home in Wisconsin.

This was my first time using furnished finder and staying in a short term rental. I tried messaging and calling several landlords, many of whom were not responsive. However, Mark was quick to respond, considerate of my needs, and accommodating of my schedule. I think "host/friend" is a better term to use when referring to Mark than "landlord" - he goes out of his way to make people feel welcome and at home. Additionally, the house and my room were comfortable, the other tenants were respectful of one another, the neighborhood was very nice (convenient to several parks and downtown), and it was an overall good experience. Thanks again Mark!

Very Comfortable Stay!!

Mark and Rita are two of the most kind-hearted, and genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! All tenants are treated the same with lots of respect, and that is all that Rita and Mark ask for in return...respect of them, their home, and the other tenants, more than fair! They are truly are hosts, doing any and everything they can to accommodate you, and make your stay comfortable, and pleasant. I like to ride bike trails and was not able to bring my bike, there was a bike there but it was too tall for me; a week later, Mark had purchased 2 additional bikes! They stock tissue, paper towels, washing detergent. The WiFi is great and fast! Every room has a ceiling fan that you can control with an app on your phone (except the master but you get the personal bathroom). You get a key to lock your door when youre away. Plenty of refrigerator space as there are 3 fridges in the kitchen! A peaceful sitting space out back! And it's right off the highway. Would 200% recommend!

No better value out there!!

I had the pleasure of staying with Mark & Rita for almost 8 months..they are not only responsive and helpful but some of the most caring people you will ever meet. I had by far the most positive experience with roomshare that Ive ever had. I highly recommend their properties and can assure that you will not be disappointed in any way.

Awesome hosts and amazing value

As a Med/Surg travel RN I've used Furnished Finder quite often and I can honestly say that Mark and Rita have been the best hosts by a mile. They have been doing this for a long time and it shows in how professional they are. They truly care and make it a point to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Staying with Mark and Rita was worth every penny. The value they provide is unlike anything I've come across in my time as a travel RN. The home itself sits in a very nice area and is close to everything. Room was spacious and everything was very clean.

The best place to stay

I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Mark and Rita. Very accommodating and kind people. They are always there if you need to chat about something or have questions. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my first time in WI. Also, they are very considerate in making sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Again, 10/10 experience.

Mark and Rita were the highlight of my visit in Appleton! I would highly recommend any of the various properties available! I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my entire stay! Cozy Home

Mark and Rita have hosted many Healthcare workers over the years, so it was easy for me to choose a property in the Neenah/Appleton area. I am so glad I did! Their property is located in a safe neighborhood, and I was never concerned while there. The house is cozy, and Mark is always willing to lend a hand. I was there over the holidays, amd Rita hosted a Christmas dinner for everyone, which was very sweet! I felt very welcomed, and would recommend their property to anyone looking in the area!

Amazing stay

I stayed with Mark. He was extremely pleasant to be around, he also always made sure that we had essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. the neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Theres a park down the street is youre looking to take a scroll. The house it self is always clean, and quiet. Plenty of space and the roommates were just perfect. If youre looking for something affordable with a sense of luxury this is your place!

Host Extraordinaire

Mark and Rita are amazing host. Honestly, to most of us, they are much more than host. They are like family. They go above and beyond to make sure tenants have everything they need for comfort. They stock everything from toilet paper to kitchen essentials. That is something you wont find anywhere else. I have been with them for almost 2 years. This is the most reasonably priced place in the area. The value that is included is incomparable. Mark and Rita have been a God send to me and many more. Spots here fill up fast so if you happen to catch an opening, jump on it.

Home Away From Home!

Mark was an awesome host. He makes you feel at home. He treats you like family. This home has everything you will need to feel comfortable while you are away from home. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the wifi works perfect. The neighborhood is very quite, there's a park walking distance. Walmart, Fox River Mall and Target is 10 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay. I thank you again Mark for welcoming me into your home.

Mark and Rita are the best!!

Big thank you to Mark and Rita for allowing me to stay in one of your homes these last couple months. I moved to Wisconsin for work and needed a short-term place to stay for a couple of months. Mark was able to accommodate me on extremely short notice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms have a big TV and air conditioning. There is a large kitchen and the house is in a prime location in town, super close to the highway. And Mark is truly the best, always able to offer a ride and help out when he can. Mark, I appreciate everything you have done to make my move here so smooth and always going the extra mile. It was truly so great to meet you and I wish you and Rita the best!

About my Pleasant stay

I want to give a big thank you to Mark and Rita for allowing me the opportunity to stay at one of their homes, for a few months while on contract. They have became one of my close friends to family in this time they're home were peaceful,and quiet .I was able to get plenty of rest when needed. The kitchen was pretty big so I stay cooking lol...my packages always came and the other roommates were very kind we became good acquaintance. I also appreciate Mark for giving me rides when I needed it...I highly recommend thank you once again ...Love yall much

Great atmosphere and honest people!!!

The house hosts and tenants made this a wonderful experience! I am not one that loves to live with people and this was one of the most safe and comfortable places I couldve asked for. Mark and Rita definitely made this place feel like home. The shared areas were always clean and everyone had respect for each others privacy. In the short time Ive been staying with them Ive created great friendships and never had to worry about anything when leaving for weeks on end. I would for sure stay with them again and cant imagine a better place for long term stays out in Appleton! Thank you to the hosts and house guests for making me feel welcomed and giving me a place to call home.

The Best in town!

Im a travel healthcare worker and was in desperate need of lodging. I was told so many great things about a man name M and his wife R whos renting to travel healthcare professionals and that his prices was top tier because all inclusive are included like, washer and dryer, laundry detergent, fully furnished bedroom, big 55 inch or bigger flat screen tv, kitchen has pots pans, utensils, all cooking appliances, if its something that not included he will get it for you. I highly recommend! Ive stayed not once but two different times at one of the three locations/properties because the services is immaculate. 10/10 I will return again!!

Absolutely the best hosts in APPLETON WISCONSIN!!!

This was an easy 5 star rating. The hosts M and R will help with anything. I extended my travel nurse contract because their house felt like home. The house was huge, the location was gorgeous, and safe. I will definitely return again, as I know I will be back in Appleton in the near future. The extra supplies, amenities and household products were all included for my entire stay. That was huge value to me. They also offer rental cars for travelers if needed. If any of my fellow travelers are reading this just call them you wont be disappointed. It was also nice to network with and meet other RN, LPN and CNAs. Because as travelers we have much in common. P.S They own multiple properties, they have been doing this for over 12 years. Thank you again for opening your home and for your hospitality. Ive found new friends in both of you! Thank you!

Great place to stay and great land lord to work with

Would definitely stay again if I needed some temporary living location. It is in a great location in Appleton. Neighborhood felt safe. House had all the required amenities for a home away from home. The perfect host

Beautiful home, Great place to stay and in a great location. It was very clean and perfect for my stay during my contract. The property owner M was very accommodating, responsive, and compassionate. Very grateful to have found this hidden gem. M didnt treat me like a guest, but more like family!! The bed was comfy and had everything I needed. Im forever grateful, and very appreciative of the hospitality. Mark was truly a blessing, I couldnt have found a better host. I would highly recommend this property. This was a easy 5 stars. Thanks again!! FYI host also has rental cars very affordable.

The property owners are amazing! very nice and the home is beautiful and well kept. Awesome hospitality and the location is close to near by medical facilities. FYI for all my travelers they offer local car rentals with great rates.

Great Hospitality

M is a very caring & open minded person. Ive had difficulty getting into other furnished finder locations but didnt have any problem at all using Ms help. Hes definetly flexible & is willing to put others before himself in order to help out others.
