Great property!

This is a great location for anybody wanting to visit the area. The apartment is very clean with new furnishings good amenities, the neighborhood is quiet and Laura is very nice. If I'm ever back in town I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property in a great area!

I stayed at the property for approximately two months. L has taken great care of the property and is constantly updating the units. It is a very cozy unit in an area with numerous convivences. This area is extremely safe with all the shopping you could need nearby. Additionally, the city rec center is close for those who want to work out. I would highly recommend these units, and L is an excellent landlord who keeps in touch and lets you know when maintenance is ongoing!

I was at the 2734 property for 4 months (vacated at the end of my contract, which was the end of May), Mrs. Laura was awesome as a landlord, if I needed anything, she was quick to respond. The place itself served my purpose of being there, quiet, clean, cozy and nestled in the community of Arnold Missouri and drive was close enough to St. Louis University and in an area where theres plenty of food/restaurants and grocery store chains/movie theaters/etc. I would recommend it to anyone and ideal for traveling nurses.

The apartment was nicely furnished and equipped with everything I needed. Comfortable bed and couch. Great shower!

Perfect for travelers!

This is a great place for travelers (or really anyone) and the apartments are newly renovated, very clean, and cozy feeling. I loved living here during my contract and felt very safe. It's in a good location and close to everything you could need in town. The neighbors are all very kind and respectful, and Laura the landlord is so quick to respond and is available if you need anything at all. This was the easiest, most convenient, and nicest places I have rented during my travels. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay!

L was incredibly quick and thorough with her communication. She answered all of my questions and was very flexible and accommodating! The apartment was perfect for just me and my dog. Not too small, with access to a little grassy backyard for my dog to relieve himself. The apartment had everything I needed! I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself, and recommend it to anyone!
