Gated Community Condo with Pool UnitA

Place is gated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I stayed here during the summer. There are 2 pools that were not kept clean so unable to swim in them all summer. Had intermittent issues with the A/C going out my first 3 week of living there and apartment would get up to 90 degrees. Landlord was quick to respond to text messages and when getting the A/C fixed. She also offered to place a window unit until A/C was fixed. Laundry mat is directly under unit which was nice. This is a decent short term unit to stay in.
