As Advertised! Stay here!!
I had a fantastic stay and experience with Chrissy and her rental. The room and housing was exactly as it was described. I had the private room/bathroom in the basement and it was perfect. I recently relocated for work and this was exceptional transitional housing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and in a great location in relation to Downtown Birmingham. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was big and very comfortable for cooking. Although I didn't use the living room much, the furnishings were great. Felt like being at home. Chrissy was very communicative and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this room for your stay!

Wonderful Stay!
I had a wonderful 3 month stay here! Close to multiple grocery stores. The neighborhood is great and is nice for long walks/runs. The house is clean, cozy, and kept up nicely. Chrissy was highly responsive anytime maintenance was needed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place!
Beautiful cozy fully furnished and newly renovated home. Cozy furnishings and decor. Has everything you need! Neighborhood is nice and friendly. Great for neighborhood walks. Owner is very friendly and accommodating, easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone!
