Gerry is great at responding quickly and making sure you have everything you need to be comfortable! He sends videos and pictures of the property as well and breakdowns of everything before signing the lease. I stayed in the mother in law suit and it was very clean and felt cozy just like at home. The area is safe and has farmers markets, restaurants and coffee shops all in walking distance.

Comfortable space, great area, helpful landlord

Gerry was very helpful in coordinating my stay here, providing videos of the space to help give a better idea of the layout before I agreed to the lease. He is quick to respond and is very accommodating to any needs/concerns that you may have during your stay. In the summer it may get a bit hot, there is a central fan to help with airflow through the house, it got a bit hot for me but Gerry assisted by bringing a standing fan ASAP to help make it more comfortable. It is close walking distance to the local farmer's market in Proctor District, brewery, cafe, restaurants. There is a separate unit below this living space that shares the backyard with this one, you may need to coordinate trash with the person renting the lower unit. Here is access to public transportation with bus stops in Proctor that can bring you into downtown Tacoma. Overall, I had a great time staying here and it met my needs while I worked close by.

Great stay

Great area in Proctor, you can walk to the farmers market in the summer! Only a 10 minute commute to several of the big hospitals. Gerry was always easy to contact and quick to respond! I would definitely rent here again.

Location and amazing landlord

G is a wonderful landlord, he is supper accommodating and fast to reply. This house is in the perfect location, close to the hospital and waterfront, in a safe neighborhood. There's a nice walking path one street over and close enough to walk to restaurants and local farmers market. The house is clean and well taken care of. If you have a dog there's a fenced backyard to let your dog out as well.

I would have stayed longer if I could!! G was a great landlord, he was responsive, flexible, and communicative. The place was great!!! It had EVERYTHING I could have needed and the location was great-Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, monthly (or weekly if in season) farmers markets, bars, restaurants, and multiple coffee shops. The area was safe and inviting.
