What a great 8 months!

I lived at and worked from Jeff's place for 8 months and it was wonderful! In our arrangement, I rented one of the bedrooms and he came and went (but mostly wasn't here). Communication about when he'd be here was great and we often shared dinner when he was here. Access to the guest bedroom for visiting friends was awesome (and so hard to find with short term rentals). The fenced backyard was great for the dog and I often worked from the table on the patio. For me, the location was the star of the show - you're close to Denver city center, minutes from Golden, and the drive up to Boulder is easy on 93.

The description listed is right on in great detail. The owner is very understanding, allows for privacy, and takes great care of his renters! The house was an amazing stay, great neighborhood, and the backyard was ideal! The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities, all utilities worked great, overall amazing experience.
