great space, great neighborhood

I stayed here for 3 months with my dog, Laura was a great host and even loved on my dog while we were there. The basement bedroom and bathroom is spacious with extra linens and towels. Laura cleared 3 large cabinet drawers in the kitchen for us as well as fridge space and she was kind enough to let me use her dishes and spices! Her house is centrally located in Denver and close to the highway, it is on a quiet street with respectful neighbors.

I stayed here for 3 months while doing a travel nurse assignment in Denver. This place had everything I needed. My dog loved the fenced in back yard as well! This was located close to many parks and walking/biking paths, along with various restaurants and grocery stores! I always felt safe in the neighborhood. Laura was AMAZING and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation in Denver!

Fantastic Property

Lived here when I first moved to Denver until I found a permanent home. The location is great and the room was super clean and had plenty of space. Owner is amazing too! I have no complaints and whole-heartedly recommend staying here.

Private Studio-Like Space | Exactly as Advertised

I stayed at this rental for nearly two months and it was a great fit for my needs. I rented the studio space (living/working area, bedroom area, closet and bathroom) in the basement, which was large, fully appointed and private from the rest of the basement and house. I lived with the homeowner and found her to be respectful and pleasant. She was great communicating with me from a distance throughout the rental process, and I was very comfortable sharing space with her during my stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and described. The studio space is on the cooler side, and there is some noise transfer from upstairs at times, but generally it was quiet and private enough for me to work from home. The street parking is easy and the street gets minimal traffic. The location is great for freeway access and day-to-day needs (shopping, walking, parks, etc). I can confidently recommend this rental!

A nice house in a cute Denver neighborhood

This is a charming house and a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Location is great with a library, grocery store, restaurants, and a light rail stop within 1.5 miles. The L is easy going and friendly. The room and bathroom are spacious with easily enough space to work and stretch out for some yoga.

Home Away from Home - Great Landlord in a Great Neighborhood

As someone new to Denver who lived in the basement space for 18 months, I can vouch for the safety and general excellence of the living conditions. My cat Panda and I made our home in the large studio suite with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The washer/dryer is next to the bathroom. I'm an introvert. That means if I didn't want to interact, the basement was very private, but if I wanted to have a great roommate conversation as I was making dinner, L was a great conversationalist! I kept my bicycle in the backyard and used the Cherry Creek Trail a lot. I could bike to the Cherry Creek Resevoir or Mile High Stadium. I made friends with the neighbors and went on the Trick or Treat parade (and gave out candy). There is plenty of parking and space (large front and back yards. The kitchen is to die for. Really highly recommended!

Excellent Choice!

L was a great hostess! She was very accommodating to whatever i needed. I had my own private space in the basement, including bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer! I had access to the kitchen and whatever i needed. The location was perfect and was not more than 30 minutes from any of the facilities I worked at. Very close to a mall and park! If you picked this one, you made a good choice! Enjoy you stay there!
