Great Stay

My sister and I had a great stay at this property! The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. We were able to find parking easily if returning before around 7pm. Sheila was fantastic during our time here, always responded quickly and addressed any small issues promptly. I also loved that the place had a package box and security system!

All around AMAZING

Perfect location! The space was clean, cute, and had everything I needed. Sheila was absolutely amazing- very quick to reply when needed. Instructions for move-in and out were easy and clear. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to Baltimore and I would recommend anyone needing a space to see if Sheila has a location available. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here during this contract!

Baltimore Home

I greatly enjoyed my stay here! Super close to the hospitals. Easily able to walk to restaurants and bars. Home was comfortable. Parking was pretty easy first thing in the morning (night shifter) but evenings and weekends can be tricky. But typically can find on next street over. Never felt unsafe. Alarm system on home. And locked boxes for mail. Property owner was fantastic. She was easily reached and always so responsive. I would definitely stay at her home again!

Fantastic Property

This is a wonderfully renovated property offering two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, as well as a half bath downstairs. Also, with a large fully stocked kitchen I had no problem preparing or storing meals. Plus in-unit laundry! I cant say enough good things about S, the host. She was always immediately responsive and attentive to anything regarding the property. As a night shift worker I suggested blackout blinds to aid the curtains and she was there the next day installing them! The location of the property is at the edge of Patterson Park which is a great area, however it does nestle up next to the rougher northern side of town. I have never had any safety issues or even concerns about walking around, but did find many of my packages would be stolen from the front porch although there is a doorbell camera. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Baltimore area, especially if you work at Hopkins! I hope to rent this location again if I return to the area!

Good stay w/ some cons

The unit is cozy and comfortable with all new amenities and FULLY stocked w/ kitchenware! S was responsive and quick to address issues I had while in the unit, a great host. I worked night shift and slept fine during the day! I would say the unit is not ideal for mid-shifters as parking on the street fills by 2030/2100 and the areas with parking on the surrounding streets are not great for walking alone at night. There is a camera but it died the second week, I would recommend 2 blink cameras for the front and back doors. Pros: Close and convenient to all hospitals On one of the safer streets in the area New appliances w/ great kitchen Security System!! cons: location Rats/droppings in the alley and back-fenced area trash in the alley on side of the house Drug use in the neighborhood Stolen mail
