This unit is a spacious 1,200 sq. ft., with an extra room that can be used as an office/guest room. It includes a full kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and a large yard with a grassy space and two patios. This beautifully furnished basement unit is part of a triplex. The occupants of the other two units will also be traveling professionals.

Cindy is a Blessing! Her place in Aurora was perfect! Very Roomy, beautiful yard and awesome neighbors! I locked myself out late one evening and she came over right away. I left a package there and she mailed it to my new address! The one shower is amazing! It's like a Spa. If I'm in the area again.. I hope her perfect place is available!
Wonderful Unit and Landlord
This is a great property. It is very close to the Anshutz medical campus, my roommate and I biked to work at the children's hospital every day. There is a walking path close by that is great for dogs, biking, and walking to Stanley Marketplace is a big plus as well! Cindy is very responsive and took care of things promptly when they came up. She is also very kind, easy to talk with, and had great recommendations for the area! Having the fenced in yard and patio was so nice for our dogs and for hanging out during the summer. We would 100% recommend this rental!
great spot
Of all the furnished finders we've stayed in, this place had the best and my favorite kitchen. King Soopers is close by, as well as UC Health (about 10 minutes drive door to door). We also loved being able to walk to Stanley Marketplace when we wanted somewhere easy to go to hang out. Cindy is a responsive landlord. We had the basement unit. You can hear the folks above but no one's ever super disruptive. Street parking will not be an issue as long as you remember to lock your car. We were there over the summer and so appreciated having the yard and the patio furniture to relax in when we wanted to chill.
AMAZING PLACE
This is the best rental if you are traveling to work at UCHealth- so comfortable, cozy, and Mrs C your landlord is the absolute sweetest. She has really done the most with this place. If coming back to work at UCHealth I would absolutely stay here again. So so nice! And she did the most with the space. Absolutely no complaints!

great little studio
Small little small with everything you need. Super close hospital drive. Stores and nature areas all around. Easy Uber downtown Denver. Nice size bathroom and living space. You also have a driveway spot.
Great Place to Stay! Highly Recommend!
This is a beautiful studio apartment that had everything I needed especially the garage space for my car during the winter months. I really enjoyed my stay here. C is a wonderful person, friendly, responsive, accommodating, and communicates very well. I personally felt safe and very comfortable! I hope to come back one day in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
