J has been a fantastic landlord. He is super nice, helpful, accommodating, and always approachable. He responds quickly whenever I needed anything and is always willing to fix things around the house or get things for you. I didnt have to pay for electricity, or any additional expensesonly the rent, which was amazing. Albany Medical Center is about a 15-minute walk away, and I am happy living here without having a car as it is super close to convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and hospitals. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very green and beautiful. For parking, there are enough spaces for street parking Overall, I had a great experience without any issues. This is my first house in the state, and J helped me a lot of my first year of immigration. Loved my stay here and would like to stay again if needed.

Great host and location. Worked three contracts at Albany Med ICU. 5 minute drive, (or 15 minute walk) to work. Easy alternate side parking on street. Walk to great restaurants and pubs. Clean house, comfortable bed, shared bathroom, but not an issue. Use of backyard. Owner travels often, and has no issues. So start again if I return to that hospital.
