Just Meh...

Overall a pretty meh experience for the price listed. Split unit with sub par interior work and paper thin walls (no sound barrier at all). The shower door slider has broken rollers and is crooked. My biggest pet peeve is the "Requiring" professional cleaners to come in after a tenant. I moved in to find dried/moldy orange slices in the window sill and behind the couch, dried/moldy granola/oatmeal in and on the area rug by the couch. The area rugs were also clearly not cleaned or vacuumed as there was crusted food on them. The underneath and backside of the toilet bowl also clearly hasn't been touch in a while as there was crusted/dried areas I had to clean myself. So whats the point of requiring professional cleaners if it isn't going to be done? There is also no desk/table for a computer or for eating (this why I presume the living area was soiled with old food) so it is not fully furnished or updated. This was my 2nd time to Billings and will not rent from this group again.
