Great experience. The landlords were very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and relaxing

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The Master bedroom was perfect for my needs. Very spacious and clean and is just as described. A completely equipped kitchen with storage space for your food and cooking items if you bring some of your own as I do. Location was great as plenty of shopping all around. The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet, and very friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking. The house is shared with another tenant that is very quiet, nice, and helpful. This is the perfect place if you are a night shifter. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, I had to leave my contract early and the landlord was very gracious about it.

Perfect Austin Stay

It's a lovely, fully furnished master bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet and serene neighborhood with a roommate/host who is there if anything is needed. A perfect seting for privacy, and safety and close to transportation that I would recommend to anyone traveling to Austin.

Quiet residence in a peaceful neighborhood

I had a peaceful and enjoyable time at this residence. Everything was at ease and accommodating to my needs. They have a large home in a quiet area close to grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, and the freeway. There is a long term tenant who is super chill and respectful of privacy. The room is a master bedroom on the opposite side of the house as the other tenant. Driveway parking as well as lots of street parking. If youre traveling to Austin this would be the place to stay especially if youre a hospital worker (peaceful).
