Charming blue home on corner lot in quiet neighborhood with easy access to the rest of town. 12 minute drive to UAB Hospital. 10 minute drive to the farmers market. 5 minute drive from airport. Huge backyard. Wildflower and vegetable garden. Please help yourself to any veggies growing and feel free to plant your own. Clean, bright space with large windows letting in tons of natural light.
Space
This is my personal home, and I rent out my master bedroom with attached bathroom while I am away. From July 12-September 15 I will be gone and you will have the home to yourself. I will return mid-September and then rent the home as a shared space. While I am away the rent is 1,600 and when I am in town the rent is 1,200 with shared utilities.

STAY HERE IF YOU NEED A PLACE IN BIRMINGHAM
We stayed here during my 13 week contract at UAB.T is awesome. Very easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. She offers a month to month option for her lease. The home itself is PRECIOUS. Super cute, minimal decor. The claw foot tub is spectacular for relaxing baths. The backyard is huge and fenced in so perfect for us with furry friends. The neighbors are sweet and we felt very safe in the area. Theres a little neighborhood park about 2 minutes away and Ruffner Park is only like 7 minutes away and is a GREAT place for hikes. Definitely worth getting a $7 monthly membership to. We really wish we could have stayed here for longer but enjoyed our 3 months there. 10/10 recommend staying here.
