1000/10 Recommend this property!!!! Not only was the property cozy, homey, and cute, but C.. the landlord was absolutely amazing! She was communicative, kind and accommodating! New hanover is literally 7 mins away, and its right in the middle of 2 beaches, and all the restraunts. And 15 mins away from downtown ! I was looking for a home away from home, and THIS IS IT! The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and its in a very nice area. C was always a text or phone call away!! This has been an Amazing and hospitable stay. No complaints whatsoever.
