Great stay
My family and I stayed here for 7 months when we first moved to town and was waiting for our house to get built. The owners are awesome and responsive. The neighbors are great and the area is very chill and safe. Its close to shopping and plenty of places to eat and only about 10 minutes from downtown. The townhouse had everything we needed during our stay and we were very comfortable!! I would recommend this place if you are looking.

Best Townhouse in Charlottesville!
My roommate and I are travel nurses and found this townhouse to stay at during our contract at UVA and it was absolutely perfect! We did a tour before signing a lease and every room looked exactly like the pictures shown. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and 5 min away from Trader Joes, Kroger, and lots of shopping. About a 15 min drive from UVA. A beautiful walking trail (Charlotte Humphris Park) is right next to the neighborhood. The townhouse had everything we needed and I was allowed to bring my small dog after discussing with the landlords. They were amazing and left us a personalized binder of things do to/restaurants to check out/places to see during our time there! The landlords live about 5 min away and were quick to answer whenever we had questions. They were so sweet and accommodating and always willing to help if we needed anything! I can't recommend this property enough!!
