The space is perhaps the most comfortable for one person, however many couples plus pet(s) have stayed here! Rent is high to reflect ever rising cost of utilities - electric heat in winter, and air conditioning in the summer. About the landlord

When I'm not working and it is spring/summer/fall, I'm in my garden. Mostly perennials, I enjoy tending to my yard, sitting out and reading in the sunshine and talking to any of the neighborhood cats who wander by for some company. I visit friends, enjoy socializing in all varieties of ways...but when I'm home I am quiet, enjoy television, movies, and reading. I've started kayaking which keeps me away a few hours each weekend. There are several lakes within 10-20 miles from the house which is really great for taking some time away without spending the whole day driving.
