The space is perhaps the most comfortable for one person, however many couples plus pet(s) have stayed here! Rent is high to reflect ever rising cost of utilities - electric heat in winter, and air conditioning in the summer. The slightly increased rent for two people - $1850 reflects the need to cover more utilities, water, and general wear and tear on my furnishings, floors, and appliances.
