Beautiful home inside gated community that is very well maintained, shared house for professional/traveling women. Located about 5 miles from Manatee Memorial Hospital. The cow room is the only bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom which provides privacy. I also love the garage parking spot and the little bit of extra storage it provides. Kimberly is very sweet and accommodating. She is responsive very quickly to all communications and willing to solve any issues that may arise. Each tenant has ample amount of storage space kitchen wise which is labeled for each person. Everyone here has been super nice and helpful if any questions arise. Common spaces with roomy comfortable couches and big screen TVs. Loft at the top of the upstairs provides a place for socializing or napping! House is kept cool, around 72°, which I love. The back porch has a view of the pond which brings in the ducks and cranes. It's nice to sit out back at dusk and relax. I am really enjoying my time here!

My stay here was wonderful. The home is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. This home is great for working professional females. Kim was very hospitable and warming. She made fresh chocolate chip cookies ! Informational, and a great person to have a conversation with. Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful Home

I have been extremely happy with my decision to stay in this beautiful home. The home itself is spacious, quiet and has everything I need. . I feel safe and comfortable in the gated community. Kimberly has been a wonderful host and has been available to answer questions any time Ive needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay!

Ms. Kimberly was nothing short of amazing! Her home.. even more amazing! She took pride in making sure I felt at home and my room was cozy with all the things I would need during my month stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood was beautiful, gated and safe. Any questions or needs I had, Ms. Kimberly responded promptly. Ive already let her know if I have to come back in town, shes the first person I am calling! Thank you so much for making me feel at home away from home!

If you are looking for the comforts of a home and all the amenities that comes with a home such as: spacious/private bedrooms, sizable closets, comfortable shared living spaces - fully furnished/function-able living room & loft, fully equipped kitchen with up to date appliances and pantry storage, large dining area (can be used for eating or working), backyard private patio overlooking water, private housing division pool, quiet & friendly neighborhood, short drive to the beaches and Sarasota - then this is the place for you. My stay has been nothing short of perfect! Kim is a very charismatic host. She goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is 5 stars everyday. I definitely recommend staying here, whether short or long term.

This listing far exceeded my expectations. Clean, spacious, and private, it offers new, top of the line appliances and amenities. The home is beautifully furnished with a modern twist. I especially loved the kitchen and the spacious bedrooms! Huge closets were an added bonus! It truly was the the perfect quiet home to retreat to after a long day. K was a gracious, attentive, and welcoming host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and flexibility made it a pleasure to reside there. I am looking forward to future bookings :)

This was a great home to stay in during my rotation as a medical student, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone working in the area.

I have truly enjoyed my stay at this home. Home is super cozy and feels like HOME!! Host is very kind, open and helpful with all needs and suggestions for staying in the area. Very quiet home perfect for rest after work. Neighborhood is very nice and family oriented. Close to great restaurants and shops! If ever in the area again, this will be my go to place!
