Review

As a medical student rotating at the hospital nearby, I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for a month! The unit is very clean and modern, has a great kitchen, great parking, and even a nice deck. The location is fantastic. It is a short drive to the downtown area, and there are plenty of parks and restaurants nearby. Penelope was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Its a beautiful property, and I would highly recommend!

My 10 week stay

I stayed for a 10 week summer internship. Everything was clean and organized. Had no issues whatsoever. Affordable and cute, perfect for any living situation.

Basement unit

Been here for a significant amount of time and had zero issues. Plenty of room on the patio for hobby gear and close to the Knoxville mountain bike complex. Basement stays insulated and is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Humidifier inside has kept all of my delicate belongings damage free.

Home away from home

This beautiful apartment is so cozy and we felt at home the first night. The land lord is so responsive. It is tranquil, convenient and beautiful!

Great location

I loved staying here. Quiet location thats close to great restaurants and breweries. My new favorite brunch place is walking distance! You can also play outside with a short walk over to the quarry for a little hike or swim or a short drive to Ijams.

Upstairs Review

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was a 2 queen bed and one full bath. The property was very clean and close to downtown, UT, and UT hospital. Appliances are up to date. The owner was very kind and responsive if we ever had questions which we appreciated! I would recommend this spot!

Cozy and peaceful

I stayed at this property for 12 weeks, very quiet, peaceful space the neighbors house had several trees fall. The landlord did their best to get with getting the power restored right away for the property. All questions were answered and handled appropriately and professionally. Would definitely Stay again.

Excellent, safe place for a solo traveling nurse

I truly loved staying at this property. P and S are exceptional landlords, quick with their response time and quick to fix any issues that might arise. The space is small and comfortable, easily manageable for the working, solo traveler. Safe, quiet neighborhood, very close to surrounding hospitals, and near the many attractions Knoxville has to offer. This place holds a special place in my heart now

great property conveniently located- I drive less than 10 minutes to UTMCK. Property manager is helpful and responsive. The owner is a nurse, and has been so easy to work with! Unit is a daylight basement- so living areas are bright but bedroom is dark! Would recommend!
