The Charming Blue Cottage is a GEM in San Diego

If you have found the charming blue cottage, or it has found you, then consider yourself Lucky. I had the great fortune to live here for 2+ years and from the day that I moved in I fell in love with it. If you are looking for a quaint, beautiful, light-filled home, surrounded by nature, thats in a safe & quiet neighborhood - you've found your place. Its in a picturesque environment with a wonderful landlord and lovely neighborhood. I considered it to be my own tiny home with space to work, cook, watch tv & sleep. I also loved that it has a bathtub and storage. Did I mention how peaceful it is? You even have your own patio area and can hear nature sounds during the day. You have free parking in front, and it's a good walking area. You're 5 min. from SDSU, with lots of amenities nearby. I got along great with my landlords, they were always available by text if I needed something, and responded promptly. There was also a lot of privacy, autonomy and respect. I appreciate them.

Small & Convenient

This unit is a small studio behind a house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The pictures exactly reflect it. The bed was comfy and I had everything I needed for my stay. Washer and dryer are in the houses garage. Never had a problem with free and available street parking. Also a window AC and circulating fan provided. LL was nice and responsive.
