Old, dirty, waste of money

When I moved in the property was not clean AT ALL. I decided to stick it out and clean myself. The owner did not renew the lease agreement when my contract extended then showed up telling me she was increasing the rent by $300 with a new lease in hand. At time of move out spent hours arguing with her about getting my deposit back due to having to CLEAN the unit once I moved out. Please dont waste your time. We work too hard as nurses to beg people for our money back. Beds are uncomfortable, no linens, internet connection barely works, refrigerator makes a loud noise all the time that will wake you up at night.
