Guest cottage, quiet neighborhood close to everything!

Outstanding place for our 20 year old daughter to spend her summer

Our daughter completed a college internship over the summer with FP&L (electrical engineering). This Studio was perfect for her stay. The landlords were fantastic (we met with them while dropping her off and then they balanced their interaction with her perfectly with her desire to "be on her own") We now call them her "Pensacola parents". The location near the water was so close she could walk with her paddleboard or drive over the bridge to go to the beach. The cleanings during her stay made it easier for her to keep things tidy. She never felt the least bit uncomfortable in the quiet neighborhood. Lots of storage (she had a bike and a paddleboard and was able to keep them outside her apartment, accessible, yet out of the way of the landlords). Studio was perfect sized and very well appointed...never any issues with facilities, and having a washer dryer right downstairs was extremely convenient. Overall a great experience for her first on her own.
