I would really like to start this off by saying that Jamie was an amazing host/landlord and i really appreciated the flexibility that she offered me while i stayed at the apartment since my line of work our jobs can sometimes last longer or shorter than anticipated so that sincerely helped me out a lot!, but other then that i really enjoyed my stay the apartment pretty much had everything i needed which helped me out greatly i felt very safe while i stayed here for 5 months and the neighbors i met here and there were great people. If i had to travel out of town again for work and found myself back in LA i would try to book another apartment from Jamie again!

Amazing!

I stayed with Jamie while I was on assignment as a NICU RN at Oschner- it was great- I wish every place I traveled too was this great. It was FULLY move in ready, literally like home. Full sized washer and dryer. It was clean- like legitimately clean- like I took a bath, clean. Quiet for nightshift workers- parking- I can see my car. Trash onsight close to EVERYTHING! Puppy friendly- I felt safe and loved my neighbors. Jamie was a doll. Would absolutely recommend.

Outstanding apartment

I loved this apartment! One of the best ones I have stayed at!! Jamie is amazing! She is very friendly and helpful! I hope to stay there again if I have to!!

Cozy comfortable apartment New Iberia LA

I loved this apartment. It had everything I need as a traveler. Jamie is an absolute professional and super helpful and kind. Which is why I stayed at her place for a year She even took care of my cats when I went home to Cleveland for a visit. The date was 9/18/23-9/15/24

Best Apartment Ever

JL is an awesome landlord. She went over and beyond If anything was needed. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe as a traveling Certified Surgical Technologist who takes call at various hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, Quiet and Safe Apartment

This is the perfect apartment for travel professionals. J was the best landlord/host you never knew you needed. She was attentive, helpful and went beyond the expectations of a host. The apartment was clean, quiet and well maintained. The place is set up with everything you could possibly need for your stay. One of the best amenities is the room darkening curtains for day sleepers if you work the night shift. I always felt safe and the location is close to groceries, the gym and many favorites such as Starbucks and Chick Fil a. Additionally, the perimeter of the small complex is equipped with security cameras so even your car is safe during your stay. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to the area!

Perfect Work Home

Perfect place to stay if you are temporarily in the area for work. It is centrally located to to all the restraunts and stores you will need. The apartment, furniture, and appliances are all in great condition, and the beds are super comfortable. The area is quiet, and apartment stays cool. The internet is fast and dependable. The owner was always available. I like to run, and easily found miles of road and sidewalks you can safely run. I have been i a lot of apartments for work, and this is easily one of the best deals i have come across.

Just bring your clothes!

This was an all-inclusive, perfect spot for traveling professionals! Every amenity you can conceive was provided and the apartment was centrally located. J was easily accessible and so very kind and thoughtful during my stay. She even refunded a partial rent payment when my assignment ceased prior to the contract end date! If you are in the market for cozy, safe accommodations in New Iberia, look no further!

Beautiful oasis

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all of the amenities that you willl need!!! The owner J is awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable of places to visit. If any problems arise, she is spot on. You won't be disappointed renting from her!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Wonderful Apartments

Property is excellent. Owner/landlord extremely helpful, and willing to work with you. She is always quick to respond to communications, and has made several additions/improvements to apartment furnishings during my stay. WiFi is high speed and reliable. Generally very quiet complex. Occasional road noise from street, but complex residents all quiet and respectful of each other. Close to hospital (<10 minutes) as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. I am sad to leave this place behind.

Great place to stay!

This was my first assignment as a traveling therapist and all I can say is this property set the bar high! New Iberia is the perfect little town and has so many good restaurants and shopping. This apartment was absolutely beautiful and cozy and stocked with anything and everything I could have ever thought I needed and things I didnt even think of, J has you covered! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope I get the chance to stay there again some day!

Amazing!

I stayed at this apartment for about 6 months and I would definitely recommend staying here. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. There were also security cameras outside of the apartment which made me feel safe. J, the landlord, was great: friendly, very helpful, and responsive. I had a small issue with my washing machine, contacted Jamie, and she had someone there the same day to resolve my issue! I had no issues during my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nice and Cozy!

This property was all I imagined plus more! The landlord was so nice and VERY accommodating. Everything was clean, stocked properly and very quiet (perfect for a night shift worker such as myself). On my off days I would sit outside and watch the scenery or take a trip to nearby shops. This place is in the center of everything you would need. I give it a 10!
