Great unit and location!

Linda's spot is wonderful! Extremely spacious, I loved the natural lighting and balcony. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen. Very nice walk in closet. The location is perfect to get to restaurants on 21st & 23rd, Slabtown and the Pearl. Linda was extremely helpful and responsive!

Wonderful Property / Wonderful Owner

Wonderful property, emaculate clean, new linens and new towels for every new guest, super comfortable adjustabe mattress from firm to cushy, secure building, great section of Portland situated spot on in between Pearl District, Alphabet District, and Slab Town with well over 20 places to eat and dine and drink and be merry within 5 blocks any direction, quiet bulding calm peaceful building and tennants, public transportation directly outside of building front doors. I was extremely happy with my stay and L the owner who was beyond wonderful. She's super responsive and provides plenty of advice and publications for nearby eateries and events. You'll not go wronf staying at L's property. Oh,...and the property is not loaded with any personal belongings, you'll have everything you need with no clutter. 5 Stars!

Loved this apartment

I loved staying here! L was a wonderful host and the area is perfect if you want to be able to explore on foot. There are multiple grocery stores, so many fantastic restaurants, a movie theatre, lots of shopping, and the soccer stadium right down the road. The apartment itself is quiet. I rarely ever heard any neighbors and didn't have any issues with too much street noise. I've stayed in many places with terrible couches, so it was wonderful to have such a massive comfy one here. My only critique is the bed is a sleep number, which some people may love, but it took me a while to get used to. If I ever take another contract in Portland I would 100% stay here again.

Great condo

I moved in this condo from 9/4-12/26 and this condo is amazing.clean and comfortable.and the location is convenient,there is tons of restaurants near by.the landlord is so nice,I was moving into my new house in December and the landlord had me stay for free until I settle my new house.so I stay for like a week for free,that was so nice of her.
