The place to stay when visting Montana

I stayed here with my long-term partner for our first stay using this site. Needless to say, it convinced us that made the right choice. Even with two people in a smaller space, with both of us working remotely from home, we had an absolutely incredible time. I've been renting for over 12 years now and Kate is probably the best landlord I've had. She's absolutely wonderful, a great person, and a very accommodating host. PROS: - Very private space - Really nice backyard, enhanced by an awning that Kate installed without us even asking - Kate herself - Close to literally everything and getting to Bozeman is no issue at all - Luxurious and large bathroom - Very comfortable couch with a huge TV - Great natural light that makes the space feel even larger - So many birds!! - The fire pit - Kitchen was fully equipped - Any requests or changes we requested were promptly answered and always taken up on - Heating was top-notch when it got colder - Apartment stayed naturally cool even on the hottest days CONS (really nitpicking here just for awareness) - No window in bedroom - Kitchen is on the smaller side - No door to bedroom, so if there are two people, privacy can be trickier Overall, I would highly HIGHLY recommend staying here if looking to come to the Gallatin Valley. I can assure you that you will not regret it.

Excellent Stay

I had a great stay here. The apartment was fantastic- plenty of space, plenty of light, and very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to the grocery store and library, easy drive to everything in Bozeman, and also a straight shot to Big Sky. The owner made mail and packages really easy. Since I was there in the winter, snow clearing was also handled quickly and efficiently. Internet was fast too! I would definitely recommend this spot.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay here while I worked a contract at Big Sky Medical center. The back yard was perfect to sit outside and relax. The apartment had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. And most of all K was a great landlord and was always there if we needed anything. We are very thankful for our time in Montana!

Best Rental Available in Belgrade/Bozeman Area

If you need to stay in Belgrade/Bozeman look no further! K is the best landlord and her apartment is perfect for a short term stay. Although the apartment is attached to the landlord's home, the noise is minimal and the privacy awarded to the tenant makes you feel like it's your own. The highlights of the apartment include the spa-esque bathroom, fantastic kitchenware, a new bed, and a huge TV. During my stay, the landlord was amazing at communicating, ensuring I had a walkway in the snow, taking care of my mail, and making sure the apartment had everything I needed during my stay. If my position wasn't temporary, I would still be living here.
