My stay

Wonderful place! Close to everything, room was spotless! And great pup ! I was in the area for work and felt safe, cozy, and rented from a wonderful lady! I can't wait to stay again!

Home away from home

I truly loved living here. Molly is a fantastic host, always friendly and ready to help. The room felt like my home away from home and was really cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the fan is amazing, and the blackout curtains definitely helped with my sleep issues.

Nightshift struggles

As a nightshift employee (that fact was talked about before renting ) this was not a good fit for me as M's boyfriend who also lived at the house worked from home and I felt like my sleep was not respected at all. There was little concern for the fact I worked all night and needed to sleep during the day. Even with noise minimizing headphones I got minimal sleep for my shifts. I had a couple issues with M during my stay which lead me to not having a great time while living here. Most of the issues were from miscommunication/misunderstanding. ( I feel like details don't need disclosed in this review for privacy of both of our lives) I am a very low key person and keep to myself. M is a super nice person as long as there are no issues. M's dog was the best part of my stay here.

Loved it here.. very quit... room had everything I needed.. bed was comfy....prime location for getting to hospital....M was extremely nice and helpful and S was the best(aka dog)

close to hospital

Very small space for the price. The larger room in the same house rents for the same amount. Also very limited upkeep. There was a record amount of snow when I stayed and the property owner only had someone come to clean off common areas once. I was supplied a broken shovel and had to purchase my own. There is a dog on the property. He is very nice, but there was fur absolutely everywhere. Even clothes fresh out of the laundry ended up covered with white fur. Its close to the hospital which is a plus.

Cozy Flagstaff home

M's place was perfect for my stay in Flagstaff. The room is a great size and the house is overall very clean and welcoming! M made sure I had everything I needed and is always available and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Perfect Place!

M is an exceptional host! She thought of everything to make the home comfortable and functional. The room is a perfect size and has plenty of storage with a dresser and a big closet! Bathroom and kitchen also have a decent amount of storage! I loved my time here, it was lovely to come home to a warm and welcoming environment. M is always so friendly and accommodating.
