LA

I stayed in this unit for 3 months while working Santa Monica. The unit had everything I needed with plenty of storage space, spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Although this is a studio, I never felt like I didn't have enough room. The private outdoor area is such a great addition. The landlord is very responsive and so helpful if you were to need anything. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to several cafes. The location makes it convenient to downtown LA, LAX, the beaches and several highways. Would stay again if I ever return to the area.

Great experience with longer term stay

I stayed in this unit for approximately 10 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The street is very quiet at night and street parking is always available in front of unit/very close by. Metro was conveniently located nearby and surprisingly efficient too. A great neighborhood and residential area to go for walks in the evenings or on weekends. In general, a super convenient location and I could get almost anywhere in the LA area relatively easily. All of the appliances in the unit were modern and worked well, and there was plenty of storage. The outdoor area was also a nice space and definitely made it feel more homey. Overall, a very cozy and comfortable unit that had everything I needed for a longer stay, and Allen was a great and attentive host. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

I stayed at Allen's property for 8 months while completing a travel assignment at UCLA and I enjoyed my stay very much! It's quiet and private and in a safe neighborhood with street parking always available. It's a super comfortable unit and all the necessities were provided. Allen was very respectful of privacy and responsive if an issue arose. I would definitely recommend this spot!

The perfect spot!

I'm a travel nurse who recently finished an assignment at Kaiser Permanente West LA. This apartment was perfect and just what I was looking for. I felt extremely safe in the unit and I loved how private it was. I really enjoyed the front patio and having a space to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. The size was perfect for me, I didn't find it too small. There is a TON of storage which is super helpful. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. The combo washer/dryer unit worked well for my needs and I had no issues. A, the landlord is super responsive and super helpful with anything I needed. If I'm ever in the LA area again I hope to be able to rent this apartment!

Beautiful and perfect home for one!

I stayed here for 6 months on a recent travel assignment, and I loved it so much! A, the landlord, is kind, respects your privacy, and solved any issues I had promptly. He brought back all my packages whenever they delivered and was an excellent communicator. The unit itself is well stocked, very well designed, and beautifully decorated outside. I loved enjoying a glass of wine outside with a friend and walking around the surrounding neighborhood, which always felt safe (even at night). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a safe and comfortable place to stay in West LA!
