Great quiet cozy place

I enjoyed this place a lot. Was here for 3 months for work and was a nice cozy place to come home to. I felt safe and secure in this home/area the entire time. Was overall a quiet cozy place to stay. The area was exceptional, very nice compared to other places in Waterbury. Southington is very close for shopping and things to do. Erica and John were very attentive to any needs/issues I had. The apartment itself was very clean and comfy. Decent size washer and dryer and the kitchen came with almost all the pots/pans and what not I needed. I would for sure consider staying here again. Thank you!

Very comfortable and quiet

Enjoyed my stay. Close to the Interstate. Property is comfortable, spacious and quiet - I worked night shift. The condo had everything I needed. E and J are wonderful hosts. Very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

a wonderful place to rent

This is a superb place to rent for the money. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities you need to make your stay worthwhile. I would recommend this apartment for anyone working in the area.

Oh la la

Nicely decorated but not over the top. No issues commuting anywhere. Property had easy access to interstate. Everything was in working order. Had shortage of some smaller accessory items but brought some along. Landlord very easy to get ahold of if any questions or concerns.

Comfortable and quiet home

This property is so comfortable, has plenty of space, and is very quiet, which is perfect when coming back after working 12+ hours! The property owners, E and J, are wonderful and very attentive. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!
