Spacious, Chill, Accessible

This is a fantastic place to live. The basement suite is basically its own apartment (minus the kitchen) so it feels private and like you get 3 rooms in one. Other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, so the kitchen and living room areas feel like the common space for everyone. T is a great landlord; shes communicative, nice, and reasonable. The modernized external locking system made me feel very safe. Its the kind of place where you could keep completely to yourself or hang out with housemates in the evenings.

Nice place to stay!

I stayed here for about a year and had a great time living here. The homeowner is very kind, easy to live with, and always helpful when anything comes up. The premises are nice and the house is in a good little neighborhood. There are a couple nice parks nearby, and a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. I didn't have any issues with any of the accommodations and visitor parking spots are almost always available, and if not there is abundant (and safe) street parking. I would definitely consider staying here again!
