The property is great and very well maintained. Laura is a wonderful landlord, very caring and makes sure all her tenants are comfortable. The neighborhood is awesome, very safe and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking in this area!

Loved the basement space, gave me my privacy and had all the amenities needed. The landlord Laura is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need for a good stay.

Basement Tenant

This place was exactly what I needed when I moved from out-of-state. The basement unit has ample space and the provided kitchenette is useful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a five minute drive from the interstate. One of the things that makes Laura stand out is her responsiveness any time I've contacted her regarding the property or out of courtesy, she always acknowledges and responds to whatever is being addressed.
