I lived at this property for about 8 months while on assignment and I loved it. The house is so homey and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I love the views and how easily accessible the walking trail is nearby. Mallory was great to work with during this time, too. She was always responsive, helpful and easy going.

The best condo ever!!!

The best property ever. Clean, spacious, and everything you could ever need. The landlord is so responsive and now one of my great friends :) She is willing to help with anything you could need! The garage in the winter months is a must!! Worth every penny, rent this condo!!!!

Little Slice of Heaven

M's place is great! The house is quaint, quiet, and conveniently located to many stores and attractions. I was within minutes of work while on assignment at St. Francis Medical Center. I loved having access to the walking trail out front and the beautiful view of the mountains. The garage was a life-saver during hail and snow seasons! M was quick to respond to any questions or issues I had.

Excellent house, excellent stay

The property is as listed. It's a very comfortable house with plenty of space for one person. The neighborhood is perfect. I worked nights while staying there and had no issues sleeping during the day. It was easily accessible to the hospital that I was working at during the time. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Everything you need!

I loved staying at this cute condo! It was perfect for me traveling by myself. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with walking trails pretty much steps from your front door. It was about a 5 minute drive to the hospital I was working at which was even better. And the garage was a bonus for winter! M was so helpful and friendly, I didn't want to leave!

Perfect home away from home!

M's home is stylish, comfortable and conveniently located just a short drive to anything you need to access. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the amenities cant be beat. I would recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the area.
