beautiful backyard space

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! The private backyard yard area quickly became our favorite place to hangout. Our dogs loved the freedom of a gated backyard too! And also-Plenty of wildlife to see! Diane is timely with responding & is a lovely landlord. My drive time to Kaiser San Leondro was quick and easy- the commute takes about 7min. It was nice to be able to get home quickly to a cozy apartment after a 12 hr shift. We would definitely stay at Diane's again if the opportunity presents itself :) highly recommend!

Great place!

I stayed here with my husband and our 2 dogs while on a travel assignment with Highland. Location-wise, it was a quick, easy commute. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The WiFi worked well for my husband working remote. The yard was great for the dogs. The unit itself is very cute and looks just like the photos. D was a great host- responsive when we needed her and otherwise gave us plenty of privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely Home away from Home!

Loved our stay at this property. Well appointed, wonderful location/neighborhood & the Landlady is very pleasant & helpful as well. Our fur baby, B, enjoyed her stay as well. Would stay here again without hesitation. Have absolutely nothing negative today about our stay. R, Surgical Travel RN

A+ Property

This place was great, we have no complaints and only positive things to say about D, the location, and the property. We had easy access to the highway, lived in a safe area, and had a full kitchen and plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. Whenever we had guests over we always received compliments on our choice of property. Thank you D, I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

This property was a great find for my cat and I. Modern in law suite with private entrance and stress free street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Diane, the landlord, is very friendly and responsive to all matters. Great hills to walk and views to see. Also, nifty eateries and shops nearby, plus a quick commute to Oakland and about an hour to San Francisco with traffic. If I ever get a contract out in The Bay again I would definitely stay here again.
