Stress free rental process!
Moving from out of state needing a short term rental, Cari was so helpful in the process doing a virtual tour and always being so responsive both in the inquiry and through out my rental period. The rental was in a new townhouse and neighborhood and most importantly was clean. The location was also convenient and had anything I needed within a short drive. I would highly recommend renting with Cari on Furnished Finder.
Would Not Recommend Misrepresentation & Delays
I specifically asked for and was told I would have female roommates but was placed with male roommates instead. Landlord did take $80 off rent. When moving out I eventually received my $600 deposit, but it was returned well past the 30-day legal deadline and only after multiple follow-ups. She did not reach out to me letting me know the status of the return of my deposit I had to text multiple times to ask on updates. Communication was inconsistent, and multiple commitments (including written promises that payment would be made 7 days after walkthrough, then the week of 9/21 then 9/30 but I had to again reach out to her to ask on the status of my payment) were not honored on time. The lack of transparency and delayed return process made this an extremely stressful experience. Just want others to be aware so you can make an informed decision. Renters should be cautious and aware of these issues when considering this property.
