Convenient location & pet friendly
Lovely space I stayed at for a month! It's very clean and spacious for me and my little dog. Ariel was very considerate and attentive as well. I would rent this unit again.
Wonderful stay!
I stayed here for 2 months of my travel contract while I was in Indianapolis. My apartment was Unit 1 right on the first floor. This space was absolutely perfect for me and I would have stayed longer if my contract didn't change during my time there. I loved that it was pet friendly and that the back area had a fenced space for my dog as I travel with her and my cats. This space had wonderful decor and get design to give the space a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in the door. This property has wonderful surveillance as well making the home feel safe. During my stay, if I had any issues or concerns I was always responded to quickly and whatever the problem was it would be taken care of within hours. The landlord is very good with communication and keeping you in the loop. Ariel is very understanding as long as you communicate clearly with him about anything going on. I would definitely stay again in the future as not only was the property safe and made you feel at home, but the people that tend to the property are wonderful as well.
Nice apartment
This apartment is beautiful and well taken care of. The landlord is very kind and if there is an issue he gets it taken care of that day. I would definently rent from this owner again.
Great Indy Nurses Nest
The unit I rented with its own kitchenette and refrigerator was a perfect spot to rest my head while I did my contract in Indiana. The house is set up great for traveling nurses. Three of us on the second floor shared the fully applianced and accessorized kitchen which was wonderful. We all had different schedules so it worked out perfect. There are two full bathrooms and a washer /dryer for all of us on the second floor. Ariel was a great landlord. Responded promptly when I had questions- and yet left us alone - didnt micromanage like I have had other landlords do. It was a great set up.
Central Location
Located closer to my assignment. A is very responsive, I had issues with my previous location and he was very accommodating.
Travelers Beware Read Your Contract Well
The property manager, A is terrible! Can NOT be trusted, he is writing terrible contracts for renters to sign. Never in all of my years of renting and short terms rentals as a travel nurse on Furnished Finders has a contract stated I have to maintain property grounds, as in mowing the law and pruning shrubs. Lessee to maintain premise at own expense as in replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. As if I am a homeowner. It is beyond ridiculous. I have asked that he revise the contract multiple times to be befitting for a short term renter, a travel nurse for that matter but Ariel cant seem to get it right. I have explained if there is a problem with the unit that pertains to wear and tear that I am responsible for informing the lessor so it can be repaired. He says Im making it complex, then the unit is not the right place for me, then the unit was rented to another traveler, in 24 hours. A, medical professionals are educated and can read. I will be reporting him.
Great landlord
A was a wonderful landlord who went above & beyond to make sure everyone in the house was comfortable. The house was comfortable, cleaning crew was great & very friendly. Down the street from an amazing birria taco place, & a 10 min drive from downtown Indy.
Beautiful Space
This space is truly a gem! You get space, great kitchen, washer and dryer, close proximity to down town for a great price! A and his team truly thought of everything one would need. If there was an issue A was very responsive and quick to get the problem resolved! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a sweet woman that came to clean the common areas. Great stay!
Beautiful Apartment
I loved this apartment so much, I was sad that my contract was over. It is a beautiful unit with everything you need. Huge windows with natural light. There were a lot of security measures in place and I felt safe living there. I had no issues. It was a very good experience. The price was more reasonable than other places I looked at in the same area.
NOT TRAVELING NURSE FRIENDLY, DO NOT BOOK.
I signed a contract to work in Indianapolis. The week prior the start of my contract, my contract is canceled with no fault of my own. As a traveling RN of 3 years this is sometimes expected with hospitals as annoying as it is. Ive used furnished finder for over a year and have always have had kind landlords who understand the business of traveling nurses but not this one and had assured me that if my contract gets canceled, then Ill be refunded the remaining of my stay. Silly me for assuming that this was the case every where. This one in particular could care less about my contract because they operate on greed. I paid them $1500 for the 1st month I was supposed to stay there. When I asked for my money back since I never moved into the property, with no fault on my end, I was told No. I reread the lease and they were expecting me to give them 15 days head ups if I didnt move in or 60 days notice if I ended my contract early. But how are traveling nurses able to do that if we have no control over how our contracts are run? We literally get no heads up if our contracts are canceled or if you have to leave early. They didnt care about my plight. I loss $1500 during the holidays in this crazy current economy. All while Im still looking for another contract, so I have no money coming in and bills to pay. Moreover, theyre a short term rental, so they dont always have occupancy 24/7. This is a warning to other traveling nurses to not make the mistake that I made with this booking. They have no sympathy for whatever could occur during your contract. Mind you I was coming from the state of SC (9hrs away) to come help with the staffing situation in their neighborhood but they couldnt care less. This booking is not traveling nurse friendly, you will lose your hard earned money booking with them.
