Comfortable and Cozy

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay during my travel contract! The apartment was comfortably cozy and clean, and included everything I needed. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with the hospital being less than an 18 minute direct drive and an even shorter driving distance to the downtown area. I cannot praise the landlord enough. Communication was easy, she accommodated any needs, and was beyond helpful throughout my entire time there.

Wonderful stay in Asheville!

My stay at this property was nothing short of excellent! I felt extremely safe at this property as it is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Asheville! If working at Mission Hospital it is a straight shot from the apartment to there which was very convenient. The apartment was spic and span clean! It was the perfect size for my travel buddy and I. The landlord A was exceptional and very accommodating! She made sure she provided everything we needed for our stay and never hesitated to provide more if we needed! If you're looking to rent this property for your stay in Asheville I would 10/10 recommend!
