Quiet South Nash 2B/1.5B Townhome 15 minutes from downtown

Perfect stay

My family and dog moved to Nashville and stayed here for almost a month as we got to know the city and looked for permanent housing and had such a great stay. The location is great in a little townhome community where everyone was super nice and tons of surrounding greenery. 10-15 mins to Brentwood. Plenty of grocery stores and shops for essentials. There was also plenty of great space for our dog to walk and run around nearby. The place itself is exactly as advertised with all the amenities and furniture we needed for our extended stay. A/C worked great which was massive as there was a long heat wave when we stayed. Washer/dryer, dishwasher all great as well and covered parking was a big plus too. Back patio offered a really nice setting for sitting outside with nice views. Rachael was a great host. Super helpful and responsive. Had a small leak and she had it fixed right away. Was always just a text or call away. All in all a really nice place to stay!
