Our Summer Home

Debra is the best landlord we have found. Her townhome/ condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, modern, and equipped with everything my husband ( a home chef) and I needed for our summer stay. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Yeah - for the blackout shades in the bedrooms. Love the choice of 4 patios to enjoy. The condos location is perfect to many hiking, biking, golfing, boating, swimming, and fun summer activities. The entertainment, casinos, and restaurants all within 5 minutes. Debra was responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here. Would love to come back!!

Found D's condo quite comfortable, well-decorated, modern, and equipped with everything my husband and I needed for our extended stay. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The blackout shade in the bedrooms was a wonderful bonus in the mornings. Having a 2-car garage was a real treat, especially during Tahoes inclement weather. On warmer days, and some days not so warm, but sunny, we had the choice of 4 patios to enjoy. The condo is private and quiet, with a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Oh, and watching NFL and college football on a gigantic Smart TV was the best! The condos location is central to many activities. Examples are hiking, biking, golfing, boating, swimming, skiing, and snowshoeing. With casinos, breweries, and countless restaurants. D was accommodating, quick to communicate, and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here.
