This home is located between southern Alexandria and George Washington's Mt Vernon Estate, just off the Potomac river. We are a family of 5 with a spare bedroom and bathroom as one of our children has gone to college. We have a small dog and cat that live on the main floor, but do not have access to this bedroom or living space.
