We stayed here from May to July. First it is in the worst part of Columbia Crime wise. There were 2 holes in the wall that were never fixed. The first time we walked in there were cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom (next to one of the holes) and we found a frog in the bathroom one day. The AC did not work and leaked to the floor soaking the floor the entire stay. Everything smelled like mildew. There were nats everywhere and there were white stains all over the couch. Everything in the kitchen (oven, dishwasher, stove, and microwave) works very well and the washer and dryer were nice and the land lord was very nice and responsive

Probably the shadiest tenants I've had. I never actually met them because they made excuses every time we were supposed to meet. The HVAC was leaking because they left the country and set the AC to 68 and ran it continuously. I only found out it was leaking when I went inside while they were away to get the signed lease. The cockroaches, nats, and frogs were probably due to how nasty they lived. They left with less than a week's notice with every trash receptacle full, a cut watermelon and milk in the fridge, food particles everywhere, and nothing cleaned. I fixed the holes after resolving a plumbing issue with the next door neighbor.
