Absolute paradise!!

We spent 2 months here and loved every minute of our stay. The property is situated away from the main house above a garage we got to use, which was fantastic bc of the changing weather. The modern kitchen area had everything we needed and more, and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Especially appreciated the KING size extra comfy bed in the main BR. The place is heated and cooled by ultra quiet and responsive split units which makes all the difference in the world on cold nights and hot New England days! The property also has plenty of additional parking and is located steps away from an incredible nature trail, perfect for biking, running or walking. There is plenty to do in the area and great restaurant's/amenities are within walking distance. Hosts Mark and Sheila are extremely cool people who were super helpful, responsive and respectful. This place really has it all!

A Year of Peace, Comfort, and Kindness in Groton

I had the absolute pleasure of renting this charming Groton home for a year. Mark and Sheila are truly exceptional hostskind, supportive, and always there when needed. They made me feel more like a guest than a tenant. The cozy two-bedroom house is beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and perfectly located near the Rail Trail, surrounded by peaceful New England forests. One of the highlights was spending time with their lovely dog, Rosiewalking her sometimes was always a joy, never a duty. Every season here felt special, filled with comfort and care. This house is a rare gem, and Mark and Sheila make it even more so. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommend

Absolutely amazing property in a gorgeous small town. Not only was the property perfect for my family while working in Burlington, (definitely worth the commute to work), but the landlords M and S were outstanding. We had everything we could ask for, and the landlords were very accommodating if we did need something. They honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This property gives you a country feel, but close enough driving distance to the surrounding cities for shopping. There is a beautiful, paved and well-maintained trail literally right beside the property that is perfect for biking or an evening walk. I would recommend this property to any and everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better stay during my assignment in Massachusetts.
