Nice two-bedroom duplex unit near Hospitals

Perfect!! Beautiful/well maintained property. Great customer service.

If i had to describe my stay in 1 word, it would be perfect." The owner(Adam) is the nicest landlord you'll ever meet. He is respectful, attentive, understanding and more. I have been traveling throughout the country as a nurse for the past few years and this is easily the best place i've stayed at. It is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Adam made sure the place was clean when we got it, has a big backyard with beautiful/green grass. Any time we needed something, he was there. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I was shocked when I received my full deposit back. In my years of renting, it was the first time i wanted someone to keep my deposit as a tip. That's how well we were treated. I just wanted to encourage him but Adam declined and said it was his pleasure. The world needs more people like him. He set the bar so high that i'm afraid i will be unhappy at the next place. Thanks a million for everything Adam :)

Great property!

This was such a great property to stay at! Quiet and safe area with lots of space in the duplex as well as a huge backyard. A was a great landlord and made sure we felt right at home. If we were ever back in the Yakima area we would definitely be staying again.

Adam is the best Host!

A is the best Host ever! He made sure everything we need is already available for our entire stay. His property is very cozy. It felt like our second home. We had a hard time looking for a decent place in Yakima WA most especially for the spring because it gets so beautiful, but good thing A has this property for us. Me and my wife just love how comfortable his 2 bedrooms are. Literally everything is brand new for this property such as kitchenware, dishwasher, washer and dryer, bed sheets and pillows etc. Don't hesitate to contact Adam for your accommodation needs here in Yakima, WA. We both highly recommend his property and most of all, his hospitality!

Washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable and internet all in great working order. Close to library, grocery stores, restaurants and hospital. Large yard with a picnic bench bench to enjoy out door eating. Plenty of privacy in a nice neighborhood. Cant say enough of this great place. You definitely want to rent this place!
