I had a wonderful stay with Maria and Jim's unit.Its incredibly peaceful, the kind of place where you can truly relax and recharge. The space was spotless and very well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, and all of my needs were fully met during my stay. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable getaway.

Warm Hosts and a Great Place to Rent

I stayed at Maria and Jims property in Redwood City for 9 months, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences Ive had. They were welcoming from the very first day and always made me feel at home. The unit itself is spotless, private, and fully stocked with everything you need: your own washer/dryer, air conditioning, full kitchen, fridge, and bathroom. I looked at many rentals in the area before choosing this one, and you simply wont find another place with this level of comfort, privacy, and value. Maria is also a truly amazing baker. She would sometimes share fresh cookies, cakes, and other treats, and they were genuinely some of the best Ive ever had. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out. If you get the opportunity to rent this place, take it. Places like this dont stay available for long.

Great Studio in a Convenient Location

I had a wonderful stay at this studio! The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. While it is on the smaller side, it's still very functional and perfect for a solo traveler or someone who doesn't need a ton of space. The location is fantastic-close to everything I needed, making it super convenient. The host was responsive and accommodating, which made my stay even better. If you're looking for a cozy, and well-kept place, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful respite that truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The interior was tastefully decorated with inviting furnishings and thoughtful touches that created a welcoming ambiance. The living space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing detailed information about the living arrangement and local area. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always available to answer any questions or provide assistance if need be. I would gladly reach back out to them and stay again!

Cozy home away from home

This peaceful studio apartment is the ideal spot for those looking for a cozy home while on travel. It is stocked with everything one could need, and mindful to even small details that give the place, a home like touch. There is loads of storage, the kitchen is perfect for cooking in, and even conveniently has a washer and dryer! Another highlight is the location: the unit is located off of the main stretch connecting one to the surrounding towns/city very quickly! In addition, it's in a neighborhood that feels extremely safe and even has local parks and bike pathways for those who like to roam outdoors! The top highlight of this space are the hosts; they were the perfect balance of attentive to the unit's needs while still understanding of one's space while working! They both were extremely easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. I would return if possible and would recommend staying here to anyone over any other space! It's truly the perfect getaway while away!

Best Place I've Ever Stayed

The unit was perfect, and M and J (the property owners) are the sweetest people I have ever encountered! The unit has everything you need and is exceptionally functional. Tons of privacy, loads of storage, lots of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a gorgeous bathroom - whatever you need, this place has got it. The location is also gorgeous! The neighborhood is extremely safe and is within walking distance of grocery stores and beautiful trails. Most importantly, M and J are some of the kindest people I have encountered. Maria makes THE BEST baked goods and frequently dropped goodies off at the door. They have endless recommendations for all the fun things to do in Redwood City (free concerts, great hiking, yummy markets, etc.). They will also happily supply anything the unit is missing (although I can't think of anything it's missing). All in all, they were exceptional hosts, and I know I will stay in touch with them for years to come!!
