What a perfect , quiet, spacious basement to rent for the summer Everything was wonderful, and the Hovland's couldn't have been better hosts 10/10 recommend

2 month stay

This was a great property. I needed a place to stay for two months in transition into my new place and this basement apartment had everything. I especially enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The owners live on-site and were always quick to respond. Because it's a basement, you can hear footsteps and noise from upstairs; however, it didn't bother me as it was always quiet at night. The highlight was the view and the proximity to Maple Grove's trails.

Oh so COZY!

This space is amazing! Super cozy, clean and spacious. Private kitchen, living areas, bathroom and bedroom. Your own little paradise! Residence is in and around everything youll need and want from shops, groceries and restaurants. Approx 30mins from the airport, hospitals approx 10-20mins away. Very easy for a travelling nurse! Home owners are super friendly and very welcoming; made me feel like family. Would definitely come back! XX

Lovely Basement Apartment

I really enjoyed my stay in this basement apartment. I loved that it was very roomy and had direct access to the backyard. It is located in an upscale neighborhood and was a nice and quiet place to return to after work. The property owners were also fantastic and made sure my stay was comfortable. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely stay here again.
