Quiet Cozy Room in 12 South Modern Condo

Wonderful experience

I enjoyed my stay here because of the calm and easy-going environment. Marie has a friendly demeanor, had helpful suggestions for the city, and was very respectful regarding boundaries. Her cat was a fun companion to have around. I also appreciated the condo for its location- a reasonable distance from downtown, convenient for nearby shopping or dining, and lovely walking trails/neighborhoods in the area. Marie's place is definitely recommended if you're looking for a pleasant stay!

Great place to stay!

I was in Nashville for an internship and Maries place was clean and quiet. She was so kind and chill; she let me have my own space but was friendly too. I felt very safe and loved having the walking trails and all the shops and restaurants so close. And it was nice to have a silly kitty around! I would highly recommend staying here.

I had a very positive experience staying here. The space is bright, cozy, and clean. Marie is a great landlord - kind, respectful, an a good communicator. I felt very safe in the area and there are many shops/parks/restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend!
