Good location

Right beside st Davids north and 15 minutes to st Davids main. Near domain and good location. Very clean.

Chill Spot

Stayed here for 3 months, chill spot. Was convenient for getting to my summer internship (5 Minutes commute). There is rarely any traffic up there and you're close to an HEB and The Domain. The place pretty much has everything you need and more ( Towels, cleaning supplies, dishware, kitchen appliances, etc...) Pretty affordable and cheapest option in comparison to other units in the area. Would reccommend this place if you are working in The Domain area, i.e. Amazon.

Beautiful

The house was wonderful stocked with everything you might need for cooking or cleaning, beautifully designed. Quiet place to relax when not working. Room was very comfortable. Close to many restaurants, Landlord was fantastic and very responsive if you needed anything even sent places for me to try while I was in the area. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great little spot, totally furnished and every kitchen gadget you may need! Super close to St. Davids North. You literally will need nothing else once moving in. Kay is super to work with also!!

Fantastic Austin Rental

This was the perfect rental. It has all the amenities one would need, a fully stocked kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. A big plus is the private bathroom. There is also a charming little patio. The location is great, about a mile from St. David North Medical, a few miles from the Domain, and in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is great, she is very responsive and makes sure your stay is flawless. Any needs or issues were addressed without hesitation. You will love this rental! Don't hesitate on this awesome property! Thanks K for a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Spot!!!

This is a great location to everything, the domain, the I35/Mopac, grocery stores, walking distance to St David's North. K was so easy to live with and went above & beyond to make me feel accommodated. Nova is a sweet pup, very easy going. I would live here again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect location

This property was in a perfect location to St David's North. Also, Grocery stores, shopping and access to I35 were within minutes. It was a perfect setup, the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of each other. Gives you privacy and you have your own bathroom. A huge plus!! K was an amazing landand roommate. Her pup Nova is a dream, not a constant barker. Sweet disposition and easy to get along. K was prompt if there were any issues with the apartment. Loved the fact that she respected my privacy and gave me great locations to try in the city. I would definitely rent from her again.
