Hands down, this condo was the most amazing place I have ever stayed at in Chicago with breathtaking views both day and night! The location is literally a one-stop shop with all your essentials being nearby. Whether it be grocery shopping, coffee, dining, or just going for a refreshing walk, this place has it all. This condo is a well-maintained, spacious, cozy, super clean, and elegant, chic place with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Jewel Osco, and Whole Foods are all walking distance! The staff here are truly so professional, amazing, and care about the residents with 24-hour door man services. Also, The Magnificent Mile and Oak Street Beach are within walking distance! The owners are beyond wonderful, understanding, very responsive and so so kind. Lastly, the pictures you see are the real deal. What you see is really what you are getting and so so much more! <3

Amazing & Convenient Apartment in the heart of River North

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo which is very conveniently located close to many restaurants, shopping, major Chicago landmarks and easy to get to other Chicago neighborhoods on either the buses or red line stop close by. There are also two major groceries stories within 2 blocks (Trader Joes and Whole Foods) which makes grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment has an incredible view of the Lake and classic Chicago buildings such as the John Handcock. The building offers great amenities such as an indoor gym and outdoor swimming pool/grill/large sundeck. The apartment has 24 hour staff with very friendly front desk workers who have created a community feel for the building. The owners of the condo are very responsive and communicative if there are any issues or if you have any questions. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this apartment - you will love this clean and comfortable apartment that offers the ideal convenient location!
