Just like home

i had a great experience living in this great awesome house with a great location. Cooper was able to help me out of a crazy situation. i had arranged for other accommodations in early august of last year but was not suitable. i was able to contact Cooper and to see the new location. The house was very nicely put together and was very close to UNC. i was planning to stay 6 more months but my Locums assignment was cut short. This place is certainly a hidden gem.

Safe, clean housing

Ive had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The landlord is extremely responsive and communicates clearly, which made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The property is well-maintained and feels very safe. As a solo female traveler, feeling secure is incredibly important to me, and Ive felt comfortable not only in the unit but also walking around the neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and well-managed home.

Spring Stay

Connors place in Durham is wonderful! Had everything I needed for amenities including a washer and dryer. The space was very clean and in a great little neighborhood with lake views. The house is located close to downtown Durham and Raleigh and with lots of things to do. The only downside to his rental was having to walk down the path to get inside especially while carrying a bunch of stuff- but to be expected on a basement unit. Overall Id recommend staying at one of Connors properties as he is also a great host and very responsive. I had a great experience!

Great landlord

Conor was great to deal with. Very responsive whenever we had a question or issue. The townhouse was also very nice and in a perfect location.

Basement unit

I rented the basement unit this past winter. The only downside was walking down a hill to get to the unit during bad weather. Everything else gets a 5-star rating from me. Connor is amazing!

Great Place!

This place is amazing. It had a beautiful lake view with a walking path to walk my dog, very friendly neighbors, the unit itself had enough space for all of my stuff, and it even had a full washer and dryer! Connor was also great when it came to any questions or problems that arose! Highly recommend this place!

Great Place!

We loved staying at Connor's place! Great landlord, very responsive, and is quick to act with repairs that are needed. Neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk around. Never have to worry about parking, even with three cars. Place is close to grocery stores, the mall and a Super Target. I would stay here again if I am in the area!

Great for travel nurses!

Me and my friend stayed at this property for a 3 month contract at UNC Hospital. Great location, only 15 min drive to work. Had everything we needed. Host very responsive!

Perfect Location, Great Host

The location of this place was great. Close to everything gym, Lowe's, restaurant etc. The area is a nice neighborhood was able to go for late night strolls without any issues. Connor is a great host, quick to communicate back and even quicker to correct any issues that came up. Willing to adjust to my schedule. Really enjoyed this place and I would definitely come back if I was in Durham once again.

Great Place

Very centrally located (never had to drive more than 20 minutes), large studio w/ cookware and dishes provided. Peaceful stay, great for travel nurses.

GREAT LOCATION

There are two very positive aspects of this property. The first is that the location is truly fantastic. It is minutes from Duke's main campus and medical centers, and therefore, to most of Durham proper. It is minutes from the main artery between Durham and Chapel Hill, and miles of commercial convenience that exists between Durham and Chapel Hill. But, in other directions, it is very close to the Eno River State Park (6 minutes), which has many hiking trails, and to the charming town of Hillsborough. There is a pond near the house that has ducks that my son and I enjoyed visiting every night. Despite it's density, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly. Secondly, the landlord, Connor is extremely pleasant and easy to interact with. When we arrived, there were a few furnishing that were missing, and he told us to just to purchase them, and he would reimburse us. No questions asked. Then, he was quite patient with us as we had a few hiccups with our departure.

Great location and safe neighborhood

This place was perfect for our business/leisure trip. Connor was very attentive and communicated very well. Everything during our stay was wonderful. My husband and I would definitely come back and stay as everything was convenience and we felt right at home.

Great spot, great communication

My stay was great. The unit was kept up well and convenient for travel nurses like myself. Close to all the necessities and the University campus. Connor was great as well! Would stay again!

Great stay!

This was such a cozy place to stay. Surprisingly very spacious for a studio, with a big closet! The kitchen was probably my favorite part with nice appliances and plenty of room for me to cook. C was very responsive and checked in throughout my stay to make sure my experience was great. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice home away from home

Very nice little studio, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay! C was very attentive and responsive regarding any issues or concerns during my stay! Will definitely be renting from him again when back in Durham! The location was perfect, close to shops and didnt feel too isolated from the downtown/ fun attractions!

Great place!

This rental was a great place with all the essentials. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything. I stayed here 3 months very comfortably with no major issues. Also, C is very responsive and extremely helpful with anything you may need. Its definitely the perfect place for a solo traveler.

Amazing!

We have had such a great experience with this property and C. For my first travel contract, he went above and beyond to help me get into the property quickly and painlessly. I could never thank him enough for all hes done and gone out of the way to help with. He responds quickly, is very attentive and friendly. Have not had any issues. As women traveling to a new area, we have felt very safe as this is in a quiet and safe neighborhood 10-15 minutes or less to any store you may need.

Perfect Short Term Lease

This unit is the perfect property for a short term lease. Landlord was wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, and attentive to all needs. Unit was clean and neat at move in and everything functioned with no problems. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Durham.

Wonderful Stay

I cant express enough how great of a stay I had at this property. The home had a very cozy feel it and the beds and couch were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything my room mate and I needed. C was so great with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! C was also very prompt with getting back to me when any questions and concerns I had. This property is also very centrally located to UNC/ Duke Hospitals, grocery stores, shopping and plenty of bars and restaurants. The community is very quiet and I felt safe coming home after my shift at 11:00 pm. Id recommend this property 10/10 and would definitely stay again. Thanks again C for a wonderful experience!!

Cute and Cozy

This apartment is perfect for a single or couple traveling pair. It had everything you would need. The apartment was super clean upon move in. C responded in a timely manner.

Great Stay!

Stayed here for about 6 months and it had EVERYTHING we needed from cooking utensils to comfortable furniture! C went above and beyond and was quick to fix any problems. He even asked if there was anything he could get for the place to make it even more homier! The unit is in a nice neighborhood thats in a centrally located area of Durham. Close by grocery stores, the mall, and only 10-15 mins away from Duke. I always felt safe taking my dog for a walk around the neighborhood and everyones friendly there too. If I need a place to stay again in Durham I will most definitely be reaching out to C!
