Amazing
An amazing stay. I loved this place so much. It’s clean, fully furnished (even small amenities), and feels like a home. I would recommend to anyone needing a home away from home.

Great place to stay!
I stayed here for about 6 months for work and have no complaints at all. It is such a cozy place to stay with so many personal touches around the house. Blaine was a great host. I didn't need much from him during my stay, but he made sure to check in with me often to make sure I was doing okay, and I really appreciated that! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent host and property!
I stayed at this property for several months over the Fall through the Winter (2024-2025) while I worked in the area and looked to purchase a home. Blaine was an excellent host - he was very understanding of our circumstances (not knowing exactly how long we would need to rent for) and was an excellent (patient and timely) communicator. We had an issue with the electric after a storm and he had maintenance come out immediately. He was extremely prompt in returning our security deposit as well. Additionally, the property was excellent. It was well-stocked, but still had plenty of space for a longer-term stay (to bring in our own things). The area of town where this is at can be questionable, but as a younger woman I didn't feel unsafe going out on my own. I'd highly recommend for either a shorter or longer-term stay.

Blaine has been amazing the two months that I lived here. He checked in every few weeks to make sure evening was going okay. The place itself is super cute and has everything you'd need. Laundry in basement, lots of appliances and things to use in kitchen. The place was SUPER clean when I arrived. Lots of extra linens. The bed is super comfy. Blackout curtains in the bedroom for us night shifters who sleep during the day! The area can be loud at times but Blaine even provides a sound machine. All in all, my experience was wonderful and I'd recommend staying here 100%!

Great Property
Really enjoyed staying at this location. Nice and clean, had all the space and amenities I needed for the month I lived there. Blaine was very responsive to messages/questions I had. Highly recommend this bungalow.

Great Place to Stay!
This booking was amazing. Perfect location for commute to all major hospitals and close to restaurants, breweries, and shopping centers. I stayed for 3 months and it was clean and well taken care of. The owner was very easy to contact and resolved the few minor issues I had while staying there in a timely manner.

Cozy and Convenient
I stayed at the bungalow while working a contract at Miami Valley Hospital and had a great experience. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy with amenities galore! The beds and furniture were comfy and the light blocking curtains made it easy to get a good night's rest. The kitchen was spacious with updated appliances and plenty of pots and pans and supplies. I loved having an entire building to myself and appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer in the basement. The location was perfect for working at MVH; I walked to and from work for every shift (about 15 minutes one way) and saved myself the headache of figuring out the hospital parking. The landlord was kind, communicative, and attentive, checking in every few weeks to see if i needed anything. 10/10 stars, would highly recommend. :-)
