Cozy Studio

This was a perfect place to stay. It's in a great location right by a park and very walkable in the Coral Gables community. Julie was a great host and very accommodating with anything I needed and always responded in a very timely matter. I can't recommend this place enough.

A Literal Miami Gem

This place is in a perfect location in Miami! You are in walking distance to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and a quick drive to the action in Brickell, Downtown Miami and the beaches. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely park minutes away. Stores like Trader Joe's, Target and Sprouts are very close. Many hospitals are nearby, with quick commutes to HCA Mercy, Coral Gables Hospital, and Nicklaus Children's to name a few. The unit has everything you need, and if it doesn't, the host is incredibly accommodating, quick to respond, and ready to help out. Easily the best host here on furnished finder. The unit is clean and feels new, with a great AC and new washer/dryer. I lived here for 3 months and feel sad moving out because I truly enjoyed it.

Excellent Location and Experience

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of quality restaurants nearby, and if you like to run, there is a running trail that follows the Underline nearby. The host Julie is kind and accommodating, and I would not hesitate to stay with her again. If you're looking for a place to stay during your clinical rotations, look no further!

Wonderful host and great location!!

Very helpful and attentive host. She provided wonderful recommendations! The unit was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of cleaning and kitchen supplies. The outdoor area was really nice to have as well. The location was perfect, right between coconut grove and coral gables. I walked to the train everyday and had no issues. Overall, this property was wonderful.

Great Experience!

Super responsive and extremely helpful landlord. Cute, clean, safe and quiet studio apartment. All needed amenities present. Convenient laundry situation. Private backyard is a rare find and such a great escape from the work day. Perfect location nestled between great restaurants, shopping and experiences.

Studio with great location

This studio is located behind a house as a separate addition and has a private backyard space with seating. The space is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a short stay: kitchenware, pressure cooker, rice cooker, hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, small seating area for meals, desk for work, smart tv, and the bed (which is apullout to queen size). The wifi was always dependable. The location was my favorite part; this place is located in between coral gables and coconut grove (about 15-20 min walk to both) which are gorgeous neighborhoods with plenty of delicious restaurants and shops. The area felt safe for me as someone who did not have a car and commuted by walking or metrorail. The unit is between the Douglas Rd and Coconute Grove stops on the metrorail which made it convenient to get to Brickell, Downtown, and Jackson Memorial Hospital (the latter takes about 30-40 min). J was so attentive and helpful throughout my stay and responded promptly to texts and questi!

Night Shift Travel RN Stay

I had a great and quiet stay here during my contract! The location is safe and in a prime area with many nice restaurants/bars and shopping stores! The place is clean, comfortable, and well decorated! I didnt have a problem staying here at all! The owner provided handy and cleaning supplies! Theres pots and plenty plates, and cooking tools! The owner was responsive and very courteous!
