Great 3-month Stay!
Dr. Louisas home was perfect for my needs. I stayed for 3 months for an internship in DC. I was provided a parking permit for my car so I could park in the lot. I easily commuted to work on the orange line. I was even able to store my bike inside. My housemates were also quite pleasant!

Hidden Gem
I rented a room last year in DC and I absolutely hated it, the noise, bugs and rats. I told anyone, willing to listen, I hated DC. This year was the complete opposite. I stayed here from June-September 2022 and it was definitely a much better experience. The home owner is beautiful inside and out. The area is quiet and I felt very safe. I was even blessed with a parking space so I didn't have to worry about finding parking after a long 12-hour shift. This definitely felt like my home away from home. I am thankful for such a gracious host.
