Wonderful!

I had the pleasure of staying at Nana's home during my last rotation of PA school. I was overworked, stressed out, and constantly studying for my board exams. What a relief to have been able to come home to such a calm, quiet, clean atmosphere to decompress in after a long day. The space feels more like a studio apartment than a single room: it's HUGE. The bed is astoundingly comfortable (I feel like I got my best sleep of PA school there) and the neighborhood itself is very quiet. Outside of the space, Nana is so delightful. She always made sure that I was well taken care of, and was always up for a friendly chat. I would recommend this space to anyone, and you should consider yourself lucky if you get to stay there.

I want to start by saying this the best stay I have experienced in my 4 years traveling to California. NANA is a very loving person, she gives you your complete privacy! I barely seen her except for leaving going to work. The room is very comfortable and spacious with blackout wooden blinds for the night owls or just wanting to sleep in. Private bedroom and air conditioning with a bed that I could set to my own comfort. Worry free parking was a heaven send. If Im ever in California traveling again this would be my first call to see if there is vacancy! NANA these last couple months were a blessing ! I definitely give her place a 10/10!

Exceptional Experience with an Amazing Host

I had the pleasure of staying at Nana's property for 3months, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I moved in, Nana went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Her kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly set her apart as a landlord. The space itself was fantastic fully furnished with everything I needed, from comfortable furniture to a well-equipped kitchen. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had thoughtful touches like fresh linens, extra storage, and lemon trees. The location was perfect: right at the exit of 405, fast to get to Irvine. A lot of good restaurant around here. What really made my stay special was Nana's genuine care for her tenants. She promptly addressed any questions or requests, and even checked in occasionally to ensure I was comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire rental process stress-free. If you're looking for a safe, cozy, and hassle-free place to live, I highly recommend Nana's property. Shes not just a landlord shes someone who truly cares about your experience. The Village

I stayed with Nana at the Village for 6 months- her place was as described. The room was just right - fresh with ceiling fans and natural sunlight . It had a large closet space, an area to stretch out on the floor, a sofa to plop on and watch tv, a nice sleep number bed to adjust to my liking for the day, and a desk&chair for work&emails. With different seating areas throughout the home- kitchen , outside patios, front &back , I never felt awkward or forced to eat in my room. Sometimes wed eat together too. The community is clean, quiet, and friendly. Premium parking, internet, laundry- all a plus. Cant forget the pool & jacuzzi and the fact that its so close to the beach too!! Id def stay there again.

Comfy room/house and close to beaches

Very comfortable and spacious master bedroom with everything you need to relax, also nice to have a firepit table in the front yard. Convenient location close to Huntington and Long beach. Owner is welcoming and accommodating. It was a nice stay!

Quiet and near the beaches

Nice master bedroom with TV and sofa and very comfy bed, condo is clean and has access to pool/ hot tub and sauna in complex. Parking is available in front of unit. Owner is easy going and very accommodating. You have access to kitchen, dining room and patio. Easy access to Santa Ana aprox 30 min drive and close to Huntington and Newport beach.
